My 21 year old granddaughter Kayla and her boyfriend are under contract to buy their first home! Kayla started working with Nysa last year, but couldn’t find anything in her budget. That information gave Kayla the opportunity to write a letter to the homeowner which helped her win over a stronger offer that was presented to the seller the same day Kayla made her offer. Nysa made herself available to show homes on the same day that she was called, gave expert advice to her and also referred Kayla to a great lender who was able to get them down payment assistance. I had worked in real estate development for about 30 years and met a LOT of Realtors over that time. To say that I am impressed with Nysa is an understatement.
